The air end is designed with big rotor rotating at lowspeed, it contains two independent com-pressionunits.  It  features  high  efficiency  low noise, lowvibration, high reliability, low compres-sion ratio ineach stage, less leakage loss and higher volumeefficiency. Under the same power,

two units take theload, lower the load on each bearing making thepart longer life.


2.HIGH EFFICIENCY AND ENERGY SAVING
PERMANENTMAGNETIC MOTOR
The main motor is an IP54 high-efficiency and energy-saving permanent magnet motor carefully 
choose
according to the needs of the air compressor application, all of which meet the national first-class energy efciency standard, and the torque and load can meet special design standards, so that the motor efficiency and power coefficient under load conditions are more optimized. This optimized coefficient has about a 5%-8% advantage over other motor efficiencies.



3.INTELLIGENT MICRO COMPUTER CONTROL
SYSTEM
Simple operation system, user languag- switches between English and Chinese. It intel- ligently monitors and manages air filter, oilfilter, oil separator, lubricating oil as well as running time. Furthermore, it has remotemonitoring and control functions to be chosen by user.

UNIQUELY DESIGNED COOLING SYSTEM
It adopts highly efficient fin-type cooler with large heatexchanging area, surplus of heat exchange of 30% and bettelcooling result, it can normally operate under the environment em- perature at 45 ℃


5.ENERGY SAVING AIR INLET CONTROL SYSTEM

The professionally designed new one-piece intake valve, the intake adjustment range is 0-100%, the pressure loss of the capacity adjustment valve is small, the action is stable, and the service life is long. The solenoid valve, the key part of the intake valve, adopts an international famous brand to ensure relative operational safety and economic control.
